Charoite

Chemical Formula: K ₂Si ₄O ₁₀•H ₂O

Charoite is a rare potassium, barium, calcium strontium, sodium, hydrogen-rich silicate mineral and ranges from a soft pastel pink through to a deep purple with irridescent lighter flashes of quartz and darker lines of manganese. It resonates within the higher chakras, creating a connection to the Divine. These are powerful crystals for all of us but are especially important for healers to use, connecting with the energy of the Divine.

It was believed to be named after the Chara River in Siberia but may actually be named after the Russian word Chary, meaning magic or charms.

Charoite is particularly attuned to the Crown chakra
